After Austin, I was ready for someplace new and BIG! We moved into the New York Private Residences in February of 2009; it was Lincoln’s Birthday. We loved our condo, the building and the location very much! Lincoln Park was across the street with the Sydney R Marovitz Golf Course, tennis courts, softball fields, boat marinas, a bird sanctuary and even an archery range right outside our front door. And behind us was “Boystown” with plenty of restaurants, nightclubs and shopping close by.
