Johann Sebastian Bach’s sublime “St Matthew Passion” is arguably one of the greatest musical compositions ever created. Hearing the early music ensemble Musica Angelica Baroque Orchestra perform this tremendous oratorio at the majestic First Congregational Church of Los Angeles was an exciting and memorable experience.
