Dinner at Eddie V’s was a gift from my daughter. I enjoyed a tasty goat cheese salad, followed by a delicious branzino with asparagus. The restaurant is located in Palm Desert’s El Paseo district, a stylish, palm-lined shopping and dining area known for its upscale vibe.
